1. On August 2017, the Defendant demanded the victim C (W, 36 years of age) who was living together at the Defendant’s house located B B 303 at the end of the end of the year, to cut off the cell phone password, but the Defendant rejected the request, thereby damaging the victim’s cellular phone (Tallon No. 5) on the floor, thereby damaging the repair cost by destroying the liquid well, etc.
