On May 20, 2017, around 00:12, the Defendant driven BM7 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.153% in the 2km section from around 502 km to the same city road in the vicinity of 272 Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 272, the same city road in the same city, and from around 5 2km station in the general playground station.
