1. Basic facts

A. On June 8, 2016, G Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant contract”) was concluded with the following advertising agency contracts for the purpose of promoting the apartment of G Regional Housing Association, which was planned to proceed in the Flju-si.

- The following projects: The objective of this Agreement is to provide for the procedures for the production, supply, and advertising agency of promotional materials for the following project sites and for the mutual implementation of the procedures for the production, supply, and advertising agency of promotional materials for the apartment of the G District Housing Association:

Project area: Article 2 (Scope of Advertisement Agency) A and B, other than the Seoul Special Self-Governing City of Gangwon-do, shall delegate the advertising affairs prescribed in the following subparagraphs to Byung, and Byung shall be reasonably responsible for performing the delegated affairs:

Article 3 (Duties of Both Parties) A, B, and C shall perform the following matters in good faith:

(1) A and B shall provide sick persons with various information necessary for conducting agency business, such as business policies and relevant business information, in good faith and cooperate therewith.

Article 8 (Settlement of Accounts) (1) The settlement of total promotional expenses shall be made to submit the results presented by Byung under the details of production of promotional materials and service estimates, and other evidential documents, such as tax invoices attached thereto, to Gap and Eul, and shall be settled based on these documents.

B. As of August 23, 2017, the Plaintiff performed the advertising agency business under the instant contract, the price under the instant contract that the Plaintiff did not receive from G Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant association”) is KRW 49,500,000.
