1. As to KRW 28,170,551 among the Plaintiff and KRW 4,545,851 from May 1, 2016 to KRW 23,624,70.

The purpose of the Plaintiff is to manufacture and sell various paints, synthetic resin, and waste materials. The Defendant is a company for the purpose of the business of manufacturing and selling synthetic resin. The Plaintiff supplied paints equivalent to KRW 21,643,60 on March 21, 2016 on condition that the Defendant pays the price of goods from the first day of each month to the last day of the following month, and the commission equivalent to KRW 23,624,70 on May 23, 2016. The Plaintiff received KRW 17,097,749 on March 2016 from the Defendant, or the fact that the Plaintiff received KRW 17,097,749 on March 1, 2016 from the Defendant does not conflict between the parties or that the Plaintiff received KRW 1,3-5 on the entire arguments and arguments.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 4,545,851 (=21,643,600 - 17,097,749), the amount of KRW 23,624,70, total of KRW 28,551, and KRW 4,545,851 from May 1, 2016, the payment deadline for KRW 23,624,624,70 from July 1, 2016, to the Plaintiff, with KRW 6% per annum from the day after each of the instant payment orders was served to the Defendant until January 11, 2018, and 15% per annum from the day after each of the instant payment orders was served to the day when the original copy of each of the instant orders was served to the Defendant.

The defendant alleged that A and B jointly and severally guaranteed the above goods payment obligation within the limit of KRW 32,170,550,000,000,000. However, even if the defendant's assertion is based on the defendant's assertion, the defendant is not exempted from the goods payment obligation against the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
