A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in this court. On September 22, 2017, the above judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Fraud against B;

A. On August 19, 2016, the defrauded, with respect to the right to execute the Lot remodeling Project, stated that the Defendant plans for “G H Co., Ltd. H (hereinafter “H”) that operates the instant remodeling project (hereinafter “instant remodeling project”) to F employees of the Victim B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) operated by E within the coffee shop.

B If only the construction fund is secured in H as the credit rating is good, B may enter the construction work as a contractor of the above construction work.

The amount of construction cost of KRW 10 billion may be loaned to H through the “I Company” director to the Bank through the “I Company” (PF, pro ratafining) paid by the Bank.

If so, H would be required to secure the funds of the instant remodeling project, and, at the same time, B would be required to take the instant remodeling project into account, the amount of KRW 100 million under the name of the commencement of payment. However, B was refused due to the financial shortage.

Since then, the defendant continuously demanded the F to present the documents necessary for the loan to the J and the same attitude that the F may receive the loan, and in October 2016, the loan will take place only for the first week of October 2016.
