When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on October 24, 201, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters a low-priced car on the front road of the Kupo-dong, Kupo-dong, Busan, in front of the Gan-dong terminal, in the state of alcohol of 0.16% of blood alcohol concentration.
