Punishment of the crime

From February 10, 2016 to February 17, 2016, the Defendant equipped with about 35 square meters of the first floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul in Seoul, and advertised a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of "E" on the Internet website, such as "C" and "D," etc., and received KRW 80,00 to KRW 160,00 from male customers, such as "F, G, and H, who found the advertisement, and led male customers to do sexual intercourse or similarity with male customers by entering the above room.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
