Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2015, the Defendant, at around 00:40 on May 5, 2015, sent the police officers under the influence of alcohol to the police box by a person of the police station in Busan, who works for any reason, on the following grounds:

The police did not so, but did not go so, it was difficult for the police to avoid disturbance during about one hour, even though the police officer notified several times that the police officer may force the defendant to stop and return home, encourage him/her to stop and punish him/her when he/she continues the act.
