Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2013: (a) the Defendant driven the B rocketing car parked in a new 2 parking lot located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Newdong on March 10, 2013; and (b) started from the Daegu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-si to the 5km speeding from the Gyeong-gu Gyeong-si to the Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si, the Defendant failed to take necessary measures after immediately stopping the said CCTV pole installed in the Daegu Facilities Management Corporation, which was installed in the front section of the said car due to the Defendant’s occupational negligence, due to the Defendant’s fault in performing his duty of late-rounding and destroying the CCTV pole installed in the front section of the said car.
