1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,638,550 and the interest rate thereon from November 24, 2013 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), the Plaintiff entered into a medical device supply contract with Defendant B on February 13, 2013 and supplied Defendant B with medical devices, such as beer scopification diagnosis devices and scopical pressure devices, etc. from that time; Defendant C guaranteed the Defendant B's obligation to pay goods to the Plaintiff under the above medical device supply contract on July 2, 2013; and the fact that the amount of goods unpaid by Defendant B on the basis of the supply of the above medical device as of the date of the closing of argument is 10,638,50.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 10,638,550, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 24, 2013 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the last delivery date of the copy of the instant complaint sought by the Plaintiff.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted on the grounds of the conclusion.
