The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is as follows: (a) if I consented to the distribution of the notice of this case and the printed matter, I accepted the risk by recognizing that the content of the notice of this case and the printed matter can be disseminated; and (b) notwithstanding the fact that the notice of this case and the printed matter were distributed, the court below acquitted the Defendant of the charges of this case on the ground that there is no possibility

According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, E prepared the instant incentive and sent the instant incentive and notice to the Defendant by facsimile with the instant notice, and told the Defendant to spread to F G president appointment and marriage ceremony. The Defendant expressed his opinion that such behavior is inappropriate to E, and that he would be asked how E would think of the above behavior.
