A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show such photographs to the public.

1. On January 5, 2017, at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeonggi-do, between B and B, the Defendant took seven posts, such as a bridge, etc. where the Defendant’s cell phone is unknown, on which the Defendant’s cell phone was turned out, and then posted on the Defendant’s body photograph of a woman taken at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeonggi-do apartment C apartment D, which was located in Gyeonggi-do, as above, at the Defendant’s obscenity site (E) around 3:11, 2017.

The Defendant taken six copies, such as buckbucks, etc., of female students, who were seated with the Defendant’s cell phone in the southyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, in which it is impossible to know the name of the seated with the Defendant’s cell phone during the game, and posted six copies of the female students’ body photographs taken from the Defendant’s home on the obscenity site (E) around January 12, 2017, at around 00:19, at the above Defendant’s house, as above, on the obscenity site (E).

4. The Defendant taken 16 copies, such as Hubucks, which was located in J in the Namyang-si, 2016, of which the Defendant was unable to know the short half of female students who were seated in the Defendant’s cell phone, and taken 16 copies, such as Hubucks, where the first string was revealed, and on January 24, 2017, at the home of the above Defendant around 2:59.
