1. Defendant B’s KRW 98,420,230 as well as 15% per annum from June 18, 2018 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 23, 2016, Defendant B borrowed money from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the instant loan money”) on May 26, 2016, including KRW 30 million (transfer to D’s account), and KRW 5 million (transfer to E’s account) from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the instant loan money”), and written a written confirmation that the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 45 million (Evidence 1).
B. From June 2015 to October 2016, Defendant B, by deceiving the Plaintiff three times as follows, received total of 38,550,000 won from the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff to the account of one bank, community credit cooperatives, and national bank (hereinafter “Defendant C’s account”) under the name of the Plaintiff in the name of the deposit of accounts, and acquired the money by transfer from the Plaintiff. Defendant B prepared and drafted a written confirmation (related to KRW 10,000,000,000 won in 10,000 won in 20,000 won in 20,000 won in 20,000 won in 20,000 won in 30,000 won in 4,030,000 won in 1,000 won in 30,000 won in 10,000 won in 10,
Around June 12015, the amount of a lump-sum deceptioning method remittance was 16 parts of the 16th unit E, but he also / she believed that he/she was a member of the 12.5 million unit of money to be paid in 15 times, 12.5 million won, he/she may be exempted from the last 16th of August 2017, 201, 2.8 million won, 2.8 million won, interest on the said amount of money to be paid in.

4,50,000 won in total nine times from October 2016 to September 2017, 4,500 won in total 3,8550,000 won in total.
C. Defendant B shall be from October 27, 2017 to November 29, 2017.
