A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor by obstructing the performance of official duties at the guard method, etc., and the sentence was revoked on December 18, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On April 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property damage, injured, or interfered with the duties of the Defendant, on April 4, 2017, on the part of the victim D (E) operated in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) caused the victim’s outdoor plastic tables and bicycles, which the victim opened in his/her possession, on the ground that they interfered with walking, would interfere with walking; (c) caused the victim’s outdoor plastic tables and bicycles carried on the floor; and (d) caused the victim who continued to remove them by walking on his/her hand, and (d) prevented him/her from doing so.

The author expressed that he will die and thrown away the victim's left breast part of the victim's left chest in a sound and drinking manner. The victim exceeded the floor by putting the victim on two occasions.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) destroyed two plastic tables equivalent to KRW 30,000 of the market price owned by the victim; (b) destroyed property by displaying the bicycle hand to repair costs; (c) inflicted injury on the victim, such as the left-hand check box, which requires treatment for about 14 days; and (d) interfered with the victim’s business by force as above.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Refluence, etc.) and interference with the duties of the Defendant was subject to the said 112 report as the instant 112 report, and when the F police box called out to the police box and took measures for returning home after obtaining confirmation related to the instant case, he/she would return to the said “E” again on April 4, 2017 and return to the victim D by finding him/her back to the said “E” around April 4, 2017.
