A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B Ecoos car.

On September 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on September 13:20, and driven the said car, leading the road in front of the “D” restaurant “D” restaurant in Sacheon-si C, to the direction of the Samcheon-si intersection on the side of the sea side, and proceeded at an unsurted speed.

On June 2, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on the ground of the violation of the Road Traffic Act, on November 27, 2008, by the same court as the same crime, respectively, and on February 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million to a fine for the same crime. On February 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for 4 months or more for the same crime, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 or more times.
