Punishment of the crime

C is the owner of HS Heading D (6.09 tons, long-term f.00 tons, long-term f.o., coastal self-f., coastal network, coastal complex fishery) and E is the captain, F. G, Defendant A, and H of the above ship.

No one shall capture female females or body falling short of 9cm, and possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources, the capture of which is prohibited, or products thereof.

C, E, F, G, Defendant A, H, I, and J’s violation of the Fishery Resources Management Act: (a) around November 2014, in return for the supply of all captured articles captured under D, including illegal capture, to I (a separate indictment) and received deposit KRW 22 million from I; and (b) around that time, I received instructions from J (unified).
