Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant, acting as if he had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value in the “C” singing room located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and acquired economic benefits, such as: (a) the Defendant’s act of acting as if he would pay the drinking value; (b) the Defendant’s act of acting as if he would pay the drinking value; (c) the amount of KRW 160,000 for each female employee; (d) the amount of KRW 60,00 for service charge for each female employee; and (e) the amount of KRW 223,000 for each cigarette; and (c) the amount of entertainment, and then not paid the said amount.
