A shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 30 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chief of the F temple located in Busan District captain E, and the defendant B is the birth of the defendant A.

1. No one shall construct a building, change the use of a building, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo and trees, divide land, stockpile articles, etc. without obtaining permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu in an area subject to development restriction under statutes;

Nevertheless, on August 7, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the number of the captain of Busan-gun, set up a metal bridge with a height of approximately KRW 45 square meters (three meters in length x five meters in width) in the border of the F inspection located in Busan-G, which is a development restriction zone for profit-making purposes, and offered it for the passage of visitors to the above F inspection by December 7, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant installed structures in the development restriction zone without obtaining permission from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

2. No one shall construct a building, change the use of a building, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, cut bamboo and trees, divide land, store articles, etc. in a development-restricted zone without obtaining permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu under statutes;

Nevertheless, on July 7, 2013, the Defendant constructed a panel of approximately 9 square meters in the border of the F temple located in Busan, which is a development restriction zone for profit-making purposes without obtaining permission from the number of the captain of Busan, the Defendant constructed a building in the above F temple located in Busan, the Busan, the area of which is a development restriction zone. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant constructed a building in the 21 square meters in the above panel building and used it as a store for sale of silent, ice cream, drinking water, coffee, etc. to the visitors of the F temple by December 7, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant constructed a building in the development restriction zone without obtaining permission from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.
