The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union D branch E in public transportation labor unions (hereinafter “Private Partnership”).

From November 14, 2015, the headquarters for the reorganization of the general public, consisting of 53 citizens and social organizations, including the labor union, was planned to proceed with the "F", which is the first assembly, at the relevant place reported by each assembly, in the total of five fields, such as labor (Seoul square), farmers (Seoul Pyeongro), citizens (Seoul Maro Park), young people (university in the university), young people (university in the university), and young people (Seoul Station in the university) from around 13:00 on November 14, 2015.

As a result, approximately 68,00 participants in the assembly participating in the prior assembly of each sector will hold the above assembly at the luminous square, and as a result, they want to enter the luminous square by gathering at around 15:08 at around 15:08 the same day while moving into the luminous square, approximately 22,00 persons, including the defendant, and around 16:30 to 16:50 on the same day via the entrance zone and the end station of the Gu office at the entrance of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and conflict with the police.

On November 14, 2015, from around 17:00 to 20:50 the same day, Defendant moved to the front line of both directions with the participants in the above assembly from around 17:00 to from around 20:50 of the same day, to the vicinity of the entrance of the Gu Office in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, through the Dong-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the Dong-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. A person who clearly deviates from the scope of the original report, or participated in an assembly or demonstration which makes it impossible or considerably difficult to pass through by interfering with road traffic by seriously violating the conditions as prescribed in Article 12 of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;

all participants, as a matter of course.
