On August 30, 2014, around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the police officer’s legitimate execution of official duties on the reported case by assaulting the victim’s chest, a police officer affiliated with the Tong-gu Police Station D police box, who was dispatched to the scene after having received a report of domestic violence in accordance with C and 2. 507; (b) told the Defendant to fright the victim’s slope E sound, who was a police officer affiliated with the Tong-gu Police Station D police box, and was urged to do so; and (c) fright the victim’s chest part of the building, which was called “the building of Dong-gu, who died in a dog”
