1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 20, 2018, the Plaintiff submitted a waste treatment business plan (hereinafter “instant business plan”) to the Defendant to conduct a general waste recycling business within the Namwon-si, Namwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City 3,813 square meters and D 2,073 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

The method of waste disposal in the above business plan is to store organic sludge brought into the storage facilities, put it into effect after mixing fire saw and microorganisms into the organic sludge, and use it as feed of the ridge between them to the breeding facilities. The structure and form of the above storage facilities (hereinafter “instant storage facilities”) and the breeding facilities (hereinafter “instant breeding facilities”) are as follows.

B. In adjoining to the instant project, there are farmland adjoining to the instant project, consisting of E and Gyeong land rearrangement, and F residing in an area 30 to 40 meters away from the southwest of this project, there are G factories in a place 243 meters away from the northwest, and there are H villages in which many residents live in an area 635 meters away from the northwest to the northwest.

C. As to the instant business plan on January 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) there is farmland adjacent to the instant business site; and (b) there is a possibility of water pollution due to water pollution due to water pollution due to water pollution due to rain in the event of rainy river (river) with a wide width difference; and (c) brought in and treated the organic sludge of maximum of 9,957 tons per annum under the instant business plan; (b) this is not immediately used as feed by the ridge but through the process of entry into force after being loaded in the storage facility; (c) the ridge is used as feed to prevent the building of the ridge; and (d) the ridge is regularly administered to prevent malodor from occurring in light of the nature ventilation of the ridge breeding facility (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
