1. The Defendant shall pay 576,00,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. On January 20, 2009, the Defendant agreed to pay interest amounting to KRW 300,000,000 per month to the Plaintiff with the principal of KRW 300,000,000 each month on several occasions.

However, the defendant did not pay all principal and interest despite the plaintiff's demand.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 576,00,000 won [the principal = 276,00,000 won with interest accrued from January 1, 2009 to September 2014 (=4,000,000 won x 69 months)] and to pay damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was fully paid.
