1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Defendant, on January 25, 2013, entered into the instant service contract and service contract with the Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”) (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”); and the Defendant, on January 25, 2013, entered into the E Services (hereinafter “instant service”).

2) On March 19, 2013, the Plaintiff Company and G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) were selected as a successful bidder by organizing a joint supply and demand organization (20% of the Plaintiff Company and G80% of the date of commencement) for the tender of the instant service as a joint bidder. On March 19, 2013, the Defendant and the Defendant entered into the instant service contract with KRW 1,02,00,00,000,000,00,000,000, and the total amount of additional service for the instant service as a joint bidder for the tender of the instant service, and entered into the instant service contract with the Defendant on March 20, 2015 on March 20, 2015.

3) However, G, which was the main executing company of the foregoing primary service, had commenced the rehabilitation procedure on June 13, 2014, and was declared bankrupt on July 25, 2014. Accordingly, the execution of the instant service was suspended from September 2, 2014 to November 23, 2014. 4) Accordingly, following the agreement with G bankruptcy trustee and the Defendant’s approval, the Plaintiff Company changed the equity interest in the said joint venture to 71.8% of the Plaintiff Company, G28.2% of the total service performed by G28.2% (the rate corresponding to the base rate of the total service performed by G until the discontinuance of the instant service) on November 17, 2014, with respect to the instant service performed by the Defendant and the Plaintiff on July 25, 2014, with respect to the total amount of KRW 604,95,250,250, 2010, 2010, 301.
