1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 183,795,00 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 300,000,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the said money.

Basic Facts

The plaintiffs who are the parties to the status of the plaintiffs are owners of E, E, E, 69 square meters, who operate a restaurant with the trade name of "F" from the ground container-type building and plastic house-type building.

Plaintiff

B, a person who operates a manufacturer of electronic equipment with the trade name of “G”, leased a vinyl building on the first ground from H to Si interest, and used it as a warehouse of “G”.

O purchased the instant land from K on July 25, 2014 and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

On April 14, 2014, around 11:13, 2014, a fire occurred in N among the instant vinyl buildings (hereinafter “instant fire”). As a result, each of the said containers owned or occupied by the Plaintiffs, and the said containers, vinyl houses, and materials, machinery, etc. in the said buildings were destroyed.

On three occasions from April 14, 2014 to April 23, 2014, the fire of this case, such as the investigation of the cause of the fire of this case and the results thereof, was investigated into the scene of the fire of this case, and then the fire of this case was examined into the scene of the fire of this case.
