Criminal facts
1. Defendant C, in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry, conspired to conduct money exchange business in the above game field, on February 3, 2017, to December 5, 2017, with the trade name, namely, the H building in Ulsan-gun, and the first floor 101, “I Gameland.” Defendant D, as night employees, Defendant B, weekly employees, and J, offered to conduct money exchange business in the above game market (the suspension of indictment on the same day).
