A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1558"
1. On April 4, 2016, at around 07:49, the Defendant entering a cafeteria operated by the victim D in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door door door in front of the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D; and (b) opened the restaurant through the shoulder entrance door.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.
2. The Defendant damaged the cafeteria at the same date and time as in the preceding paragraph, at a place as in the preceding paragraph, by destroying the entrance of the said restaurant, which is owned by the victim, to enter the restaurant, with the amount equivalent to KRW 900,00,000, and then destroying the entrance of the cafeteria at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, by gathering one stack at the market value equivalent to KRW 1,50,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 150,000, and one stack at the market value equivalent to KRW 396,00,000.
Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the property amounting to KRW 2,996,00 in total of the market prices owned by the victim.

3. On March 29, 2016, around 23:40 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main management work by force by avoiding disturbances for about 40 minutes, such as drinking alcohol in H entertainment tavern where the victim G in Busan-gu is an employee, and drinking alcohol after drinking alcohol.

4. On May 2, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:40 on May 2, 2016, 12:40, tried to use the victim’s face at the Busan Detention Center I, which called “to throw away the victim’s face” in the Busan Detention Center I, and used twice the victim’s body at several times.
