1. Defendant A thief;
A. From around 00:42 to 06:40 on September 7, 201, the Defendant discovered that the door of the victim CA was not corrected on the front side of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu BZ, and stolen the vehicle by sticking to the key, which was sticked to the key to the key.
B. From January 10, 2012 to around 22:00 on the following day, the Defendant found out that the cFM5 vehicle door owned by the victim CE is not corrected on the CD front side in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and stolen the vehicle by entering the door and spreading the Dong-dong pressing.
C. From around 18:00 on September 10, 2012 to around 10:30 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the Victim CH driver’s key knife on the front day of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and subsequently stolen the vehicle by driving the vehicle at the start.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act by Defendant A.
A. On September 7, 2009, between 00:42 and 06:40 on September 7, 2009, the Defendant stolen any liquid son as referred to in the above-mentioned paragraph (a) in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and driven the Doncheon-gu Incheon and Seocheon-gu, Incheon from that time to September 14:30 of 2009.
B. On January 10, 2012, from around 22:00 to around 09:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) stolen the vehicles prescribed in subparagraph 5, such as the foregoing paragraph 1(b) from the street in front of the Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan CityCC; and (b) drive the Incheon and Seocheon-gu Incheon Special Metropolitan City from that time until January 13, 2012 to the time of discovery as a stolen vehicle.
C. The Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license, from around 18:00 on September 10, 2012 to around 10:30 on the following day, stolen a car-emitting vehicle as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 1(c) in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and drive the Seoul and Gyeonggi Group from around 23:00 to around 23:00 on September 14, 2012.
