1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 9, 2011, the real estate sales contract for the development of main industry with Defendant C, etc. (hereinafter “main wood industry development”) was divided into F, G, B, D, H, and Defendant C, as part of the real estate sales contract for the development of main industry in Gwangju City, J, and K, 473 square meters, and L75 square meters, M 635 square meters, M635 square meters, N635 square meters, o635 square meters, P635 square meters, Q271 square meters, and R4,333 square meters, respectively.

In concluding a contract to sell 8,207 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) in KRW 4,100,000 (hereinafter “this case’s sales contract”) among forest land in the bundine, the following matters are stipulated under the special agreement (hereinafter “the special agreement to sell the instant real estate”). The main contents are as follows:

A seller who enters into a special contract to sell real estate provides the following land, and the buyer's main industry development concludes a special agreement to newly construct and sell a loan (house; hereinafter referred to as the "loan of this case") on the ground with respect to the indication of the following real estate:

1. Indication of the real estate to be provided (Omission);

2. Calculation of land costs, etc. (1) The sale price of land shall be 4,100,000 won.

(2) All expenses and public charges related to construction, such as construction costs, and taxes (transfer duties, income tax, resident tax, etc.) shall be borne by the purchaser, regardless of the pretext.

3. The method and conditions of payment of land. (1) The existing loans shall be KRW 1,050,000,000,000 in down payment and the first intermediate payment.

Provided, That the seller shall pay interest on the loan only until the first authorization and permission, and the buyer shall pay it after the authorization and permission.

(2) Part payments - Part payments 1,000,000,000 won shall be paid for the second bank loans.

Provided, That if the authorization or permission is delayed, 500,000,000 won shall be paid as a general loan, and the remaining 500,000,000 won shall be paid as a loan at the time of authorization or permission.

- 150,000,000 won for third bank loans shall be payable on December 30, 2011.

- 200,000,000 won when a fourth bank loan is granted on April 30, 2012.
