1. Defendant A thought that he would operate a commercial sex acts business establishment under the trade name of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 1 story, “D,” and Defendant B decided to work as the head of the said business establishment upon Defendant A’s request. The Defendants, from July 7, 2018 to July 25, 2018 (Defendant B, from July 18, 2018 to July 25, 2018), reported the advertisement of the brokerage site on their own in the above “D”, and had 4 unspecified male customers, including E (the 28 years old) who were employed in advance by receiving the payment of commercial sex acts from KRW 90,00 to KRW 20,00,00,000, to have them interfere with the sexual sex acts with the above male customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

On June 27, 2018, from around July 2, 2018 to around July 2, 2018, Defendant A operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name “H” in the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel G, and sought advertisement of his own website, Defendant A arranged commercial sex acts by having I (I, I, and 28 years old), a female employee, who had been employed in advance, receive the payment for commercial sex acts from a large number of unspecified male customers who reported commercial sex acts of his/her own trade brokerage site advertising, and receive the payment for commercial sex acts from A, C, 80,000 to 1,30,000 won.
