1. The Defendant’s KRW 60 million and the Plaintiff’s 10% per annum from January 10, 2019 to July 10, 2019, and the following.

If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff lent KRW 60,000,000 to the defendant on April 12, 2017 on April 12, 2018 on the condition that he/she shall be paid interest of KRW 500,000 on April 12, 2018.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 60,000,000 won of the leased principal and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 10% per annum from January 10, 2019, which is the agreement between the plaintiff and the service date of the original copy of the decision of the payment order of this case (=500,000 won x 12 months/6,000 won x 100%) from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
