1. The defendant shall pay 54,611,946 won to the plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

In the absence of dispute between the parties or according to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Daegu Yangyang Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul Yangyang Agricultural Cooperatives") made loans of KRW 18.5% per annum (interest rate) on July 4, 1998; KRW 80 million per annum on July 4, 1999; KRW 17.5% per annum (interest rate) on July 4, 199; and KRW 20 million per annum on July 4, 1998; and KRW 4.6% per annum on July 4, 2001; and the obligation to transfer the above loans to the Plaintiff on November 26, 201; the obligation to transfer the loans to the Defendant on June 4, 201; and the obligation to pay the above loans to the Defendant on June 14, 2016; and the Defendant may be recognized to have paid the above loans to the Plaintiff as KRW 16416,516,96.46

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
