Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2015, at around 23:32, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.106% while under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 2km from the scarf-dong of Ansan-si to the front route of C in Sinsi-si, Ansan-si, Seoul to the front direction of C. Sinsi-si.
