Basic Facts

On April 29, 2013: (a) around 03:35 on April 29, 2013, the name-freeist driving of a white vehicle on the number omitted, driven two lanes in the direction of air transport distance from the surface of the Pungdong underground sidewalk in front of the D, Pungcheon-gu, U.S. on the front side of the D, Pung-si, the two lanes in the direction of air transport distance; (b) the network E (hereinafter referred to as “the network”) is driving three lanes in the same direction of the same road; (c) however, the deceased’s vehicle with the ozone of the vehicle, which was illegally parked on the back side of the Fsch Rexton c (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant vehicle”).
