Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium, or borrow or lease any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute any access medium in return for a demand or promise to receive any access medium.

Nevertheless, at around 13:09 on August 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) provided KRW 600,000 per day to the Kwikset service engineer who sent D with the mobile phone text messages; (b) provided three accounts for seven days to the above D to receive a total of KRW 12.6 million in return; and (c) provided that the Defendant provided the above password to the Korean bank account (Account Number: E) connected to the two bank account (Account Number) and one check connected to the two bank account (Account Number:F); and (d) provided the Kwikset service engineer who sent D with the bank account (Account Number: G) with the above password on August 30, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to pay the price, and lent the approaching media.
