A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:00 on June 13, 201, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E at the D coffee shop located in Seojin-gu Seoul, Seojin-gu, Seoul, that “I will make a loan to a legal entity by doing so. I will make a loan to the legal entity by doing so, which would be 10% if the loan is made. The fee is eight million won if the deposit required for following the loan documents, etc. necessary for the business is eight million won, and there is no other amount than 1.5 million won if NN loans 6.5 million won.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to use the money received from the victim for an individual purpose, such as repayment of existing debts, and there was no idea to invest in the loan brokerage business as above, and the Defendant was obligated to pay KRW 800 million under the bad credit standing with no special property at the time, and thus, there was no intention or ability to pay the money, even if she borrowed money from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was given 65 million won from the victim who was in his seat as the borrowed money.

2. On October 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) at a coffee shop where it is impossible to know the name in the Songsan-si, Songsan-si; (b) the Defendant: (c) the victim E is a company providing credit card settlement services; (d) if the card merchant pays the card and approved by the card company, the company shall deposit a limited amount on the following day to the card merchant operator in lieu of the card company; and (e) conduct credit card settlement services instead of the card company, and (e) receive 100% payment from the card company. Accordingly, it is 1.3% to generate profits equivalent to the payment fee. If the capital of the business is required, the company shall pay monthly profits, and the amount shall be returned at any time before the month of the investment.”
