1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 160,000,000 won and the period from October 28, 2014 to October 7, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended, and its interest rate was changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
