The judgment below

All parts of the compensation order, excluding the compensation order, shall be reversed.

1. 2. Determination

A. (1) Prior to determining ex officio the Defendant’s grounds for reversal of a consolidated hearing on the grounds of unreasonable sentencing, this paper examined ex officio.

On November 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a crime of fraud at the Gwangju District Court sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of fraud (hereinafter “instant final judgment”). On February 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the first, second, third, and fourth court (Modu Gwangju District Court) and after completion of separate hearings against the Defendant, for the first, one month of imprisonment for the crime of this case before the final judgment; for the second, one year and six months of imprisonment for the subsequent crime of this case; for the second, one year and six months of imprisonment for the subsequent crime of this case; for the subsequent crime of this case, two months of imprisonment for the subsequent crime; for the subsequent crime of this case; for the second, two months of imprisonment for the subsequent crime; for the second, three months of imprisonment with prison labor for the second; and for the subsequent crime of this case; for the second, three years of imprisonment with prison labor for each of the above final judgment; and for the subsequent crime of this case, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for each of this case;
