Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or acquire any passbook or electronic card which is the means of access to electronic financial transactions or a password necessary for the use thereof.

Nevertheless, on July 2013, the Defendant transferred the cash card and its password, which is linked to one passbook (Account Number B) in the name of the Defendant and the above passbook, prior to the entrance of the Busan National University No. 3, the subway Station located in the Geum-gu, Busan National University.
