1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 369,708,523 and the interest rate of KRW 10% per annum from September 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the Plaintiff is a legal entity with the objective of sirening.

The defendant is a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing, manufacturing, and selling metal-processed machinery and appliances and metal-processed machinery and appliances, and selling used goods, etc. of metal machinery.

B. 1) On October 11, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement. The Plaintiff is a Commercialization corporation (hereinafter “Commercialization”).

B) The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the lessee, lessee, and supplier (No. 2-1 of the evidence A; hereinafter “the first lease agreement of this case”) with the Defendant. The content of the agreement is 30,000,000 won for total acquisition of the goods as stated in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “the first lease agreement of this case”) as KRW 19,100,000 won for contract deposit, KRW 382,00,000 won for lease, KRW 4,879,949 per month for lease, interest rate of KRW 36,00 per annum, 6.4% per annum, and 25% per annum for delay, and the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement of this case with the Plaintiff on March 10, 2014 with the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 60,000,000 per annum 60,000 per annum 60,000 per annum 25,000 per annum.
