A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to forced indecent acts, etc. by the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu detention center on May 30, 2015.

1. Larceny;

A. On June 17, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant discovered one national card posted on the victim C (30 years old) in the E C C’s toilet room located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the second floor, and stolen the victim C by using any crepan in the surrounding areas. (B) The Defendant committed the crime against the victim F, on July 10, 2017, lent the Handphone to the employees F (n, 56 years old) on three occasions at the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and Hwitter located in the third floor.

In other words, the victim's national card owned by the victim, which was located in the above handphone case, was stolen when using the gap in which the victim's surveillance was neglected.

A. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime related to the C-owned credit card at the point of “K” operated by the Victim J in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the fact was a stolen credit card as described in the above 1-A. However, despite the fact, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol to the victim and presented the said credit card as if he had the right to use the said credit card, and settled the price.

As above, the defendant deceiving the victim and was issued to the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 30,00 of the market price from the seat, namely, the victim.

From around that time to June 18, 2017, the Defendant received property or acquired property benefits equivalent to KRW 1,396,900 in total from 10 members of the victim and used stolen credit cards, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1 by the aforesaid method.

B. The Defendant committed a crime related to F-owned credit cards at around 07:12 on July 10, 2017, in the “N” operated by the Victim M in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
