On November 24, 2015, at around 16:50, the Defendant driven a B wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 3 km section from Dong-si, Gyeonggi-do, 197 to Dong-dong, Dong-ro, 528 to Dong-dong, Dong-ro, 528.
