A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a burner vehicle on the front side of the new bank (Seoul Gangnam-gu), located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, located in 314, in front of the branch office of the Drake, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the front side of the said stringing vehicle; (c) caused the victim coming from the vehicle following the said string line one time to stop the front side of the said string vehicle; and (d) caused the victim to take one time to stop the front side of the said string vehicle; and (e) caused the victim to take one time to stop the victim’s part of the string part with the left part; and (e) caused the victim to take one time to take a part of the victim’s clothes into the left part; and (e) caused the victim to take a mechere treatment for about three weeks.

2. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, on May 2015, the Defendant purchased and acquired the foregoing D Rabro, which was registered as the owner of G from an instigious person in the place of the Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Busan. However, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act (including the fact that money is deposited for the recovery of damage, etc.);

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 62-2 or more of the Criminal Act of the community service order;
