Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Criminal facts around July 19, 2019;

가. 업무방해 피고인은 2019. 7. 19. 18:00경 시흥시 B에서 피해자 C이 운영하는 ‘D’ 슈퍼마켓에서 담배를 구입하려고 하던 중 카드 잔액 부족이라는 이유로 피해자가 담배 판매를 거부하자 이에 화가나 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고, 떡볶이가 들어있는 봉지를 위 슈퍼마켓 계산대에 집어던지는 등 소란을 피워 위 슈퍼마켓을 이용하는 손님들을 떠나게 하거나 위 슈퍼마켓에 들어오지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 슈퍼마켓 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

B. The Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 41) who was using the said Smarket at the time and place specified in the assault A, when he prevented the Defendant from interfering with the Defendant’s business, and subsequently assaulted the victim at one time by making a chemical or drinking.

2. On July 26, 2019, around July 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim from the “H convenience store operated by the victim G in Singue-si, Hadro-si; (b) the victim refused the demand; (c) the victim’s refusal to demand a disturbance, i.e., the victim’s convenience store operation by force; and (d) the victim’s refusal to demand a disturbance, i.e., “Igk, flap, dead and dead”; and (c) the victim’s convenience store operation by force.”
