1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,357,91 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Dismissals is applied from the date following the delivery date of a complaint, and there is no assertion that is the basis for recognizing damages for delay from April 1, 2016 to August 19, 2016, the delivery date of a complaint, and thus, a claim for damages for delay for the said period is not recognized
