1. The Defendant’s KRW 39,300,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from April 6, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the following.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings on the ground of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum until May 31, 2019, and the interest rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, with respect to cases, for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded until June 1, 2019, changed the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal.
