Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a taxi in Launa Corporation B.

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the above taxi on February 20, 2016:41, and continued the front road of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the face of Asian or head office at the seat of the hotel.

Since the road has a center line of yellow solid lines on the road, those who are engaged in driving of a motor vehicle have the duty of care to drive the motor vehicle with the right line of the center line, and not to drive the center line with the duty of care.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and led the victim D ( South, 45 years old) who was normally driven in the opposite opposite lane due to the negligence of breaking the median line and driving it in the opposite lane, and shocked the front ender of the Egystro passenger car in the front ender of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence.
