A As to the facts stated in the judgment of the Seoul Central District Court 2017 High Order 3713, each of the crimes listed in Section 1.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the N (F) who operates a commercial sex business establishment in the name of the Gyeonggi-si, Seoul, Dongjak-gu, the Government of Gyeonggi-si, and the Government of Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter “L”); (b) received a request from the N (F) who operates the commercial sex business establishment, such as “L”, “M,” and “M”; (c) received a request for the transfer of the nationality of Thailand between the places of business by burning the female nationals who are in the place of business on April 26, 2017; and (d) received a request from N (F) with knowledge that N would arrange the commercial sex acts of female nationals of Thailand.
around November 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at N’s request in front of the “M” or “L” sexual traffic business establishment located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO; (b) sent N’s name-free female to Qu A4 car in the name of P to another sexual traffic business establishment in the name of P; and (c) from that time, until December 15, 2016, the Defendant sent Thai women at N 11 times in total at N’s request from each business establishment located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to wait for the said business establishment; and (d) received N’s name or KRW 80,000,000 from the name of Thai-si and T, who was in the name of Thai-si to find the advertisement; and (e) provided it with the name or KRW 80,000,000,000,000 from male members under the name of Thai-si to the above business establishment.
Accordingly, the defendant, by facilitating N's above sexual traffic mediation activities, has prevented them.
2. On October 2016, Defendant G, in contact with the above N’s “M” or “L” operated by the said N, gave money to the introduction of a male to engage in sexual traffic, and was willing to deliver the contact information of the male to engage in sexual traffic to the N, etc. through Internet advertising.
The Defendant was linked to the Internet from October 12, 2016 to November 28, 2016 at the mutually influorous PC room located in the Sungnam-dong and below Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong from November 28, 2016.
