Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Incheon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on June 25, 2007, and on April 16, 2009, the judgment was finalized on April 24, 2009.

Even if the Defendant purchased a heavy vehicle under another person’s name and received a discount loan from the victim treatment Capital Co., Ltd., the Defendant was planning to immediately sell the vehicle to a third party by a referring to “large-type vehicle,” and thus did not have the intent or ability to repay the loan. However, the Defendant proposed that “B would give KRW 1,500,000 per vehicle to receive a discount loan on a vehicle,” and that “B would open a certificate of personal seal impression and passbook in the name of the Defendant.” On May 24, 2006, the Defendant conspiredd to obtain the loan from the victim by opening an account (Account Number C) at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and obtaining a certificate of personal seal impression from the victim.
