The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The defendant's violation of the Labor Standards Act and the Act on Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits that the defendant did not pay the total amount of wages of 29,689,720 won and the total amount of retirement allowances of 32,419,292 won within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment period is an offense against which a public prosecution may not be instituted against the will expressed by the victim under Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 44 (1) of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act.

As the victims have withdrawn their intent to punish the defendant, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
