A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to classification of mountainous districts specified by Presidential Decree, size, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from February 15, 2014 to February 18, 2014, installed access roads using cream 610 square meters in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, D Forest, and 610 square meters, and diverted the use of mountainous districts.
